- Onions1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour1 tbsp
- Beef broth500 ml
- Tomato paste1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Instant polenta200 g
- Butter30 g
- Milk300 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chopped chivesfor garnish

Finely chop onion and mince garlic.

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Sauté onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in sweet paprika and flour, cook for 1 minute.

Add pre-cooked meat, beef broth, tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and sauce to thicken.

Meanwhile, prepare instant polenta according to package directions, usually by boiling liquid and whisking in polenta until thickened.
