  • Sweet paprika2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour1 tbsp
  • Beef broth500 ml
  • Tomato paste1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Instant polenta200 g
  • Butter30 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Chopped chivesfor garnish
