Wash and chop the raštika leaves.

Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened.

Add the minced garlic and diced dried meat, cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and slightly crisped.
