- Beef sirloin or flank steak600g
- Onions1 large
- Garlic2 cloves
- Sweet paprika1.5 tbsp
- All-purpose flour1.5 tbsp
- Beef broth400ml
- Tomato paste1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice beef thinly against the grain. Season with salt and pepper.

Thinly slice onions and mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly sear beef slices until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

Add onions to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Sprinkle flour and paprika over the onions. Stir and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in beef broth and tomato paste. Bring to a simmer.

Return the beef to the skillet. Simmer gently for 15-20 minutes, or until beef is cooked through and sauce has thickened slightly.
