  • Cooked rice3 cups
  • Frozen peas and carrots mix1 cup
  • Onion, chopped1/2 medium
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp
  • Ginger, grated1 tsp
  • Black pepper1/2 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Green onions, choppedfor garnish
  • Sesame seedsfor garnish

    Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

    Add the thinly sliced pork and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
