- Cooked rice3 cups
- Frozen peas and carrots mix1 cup
- Onion, chopped1/2 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Ginger, grated1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Green onions, choppedfor garnish
- Sesame seedsfor garnish

Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the thinly sliced pork and stir-fry until cooked through and lightly browned. Season with salt and black pepper.
