Ingredients
- Salmon fillets4 (6 oz each)
- Lemon1 large
- Fresh dill1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil2 tablespoons
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Drizzle olive oil over each salmon fillet.

Thinly slice half of the lemon and place slices on top of the salmon. Chop the remaining half of the lemon and sprinkle over the salmon.
