- Canned tuna, drained5 oz
- Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Fresh jalapeño, finely diced1 tbsp
- Sriracha sauce1 tsp
- Dill pickle relish1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Sourdough bread slices2
- Butter, softened1 tbsp
- Pepper Jack cheese, sliced2 slices

In a bowl, combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced jalapeño, sriracha, and dill pickle relish. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.

Place one bread slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.

Spoon the spicy tuna mixture onto the bread, then top with pepper jack cheese slices.

Place the second bread slice on top, butter-side up.
