Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce1 large head
- Garlic powder1/2 teaspoon
- Anchovy paste1 teaspoon
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup
- Store-bought croutons2 cups
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and anchovy paste. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
