- Beef or vegetable stock500 ml
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Tomato puree1 tbsp
- Flour2 tbsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).

Brown the sausages in a large ovenproof casserole dish with olive oil over medium-high heat. Remove sausages and set aside.

Add chopped onions and carrots to the dish and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 1 minute.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir well, cooking for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in the stock, ensuring no lumps form. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Return the sausages to the dish. Add cubed potatoes.
