- Eggs2 large
- Ricotta cheese150 g
- Parmesan cheese, grated50 g
- Puff pastry1 sheet (approx. 250g)
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp

Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix grated zucchini, eggs, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and chopped dill.

Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pastry.

Roll up the pastry tightly to form a log. Slice into 4-6 individual rolls.

Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
