Sastojci
- Store-bought puff pastry2 sheets (approx. 300g)
- Feta cheese400g
- Ricotta cheese150g
- Eggs2
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Butter, melted50g
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Crumble feta cheese into a bowl. Add ricotta cheese, eggs, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions. Lay one sheet flat. Spread half of the cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.

Carefully place the second puff pastry sheet on top. Spread the remaining cheese mixture over the second sheet.

Roll the pastry tightly from one end to the other to form a log. Coil the log into a spiral and place it in a greased baking dish.

Brush the top generously with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
