- Granulated sugar75g
- Eggs2 large
- Unsalted butter, melted75g
- Milk100ml
- Lemon zest1/2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, milk, and lemon zest.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
