A simplified version of Taške s Pekmezom using store-bought phyllo dough for a quicker preparation, filled with a sweet pekmez and nut mixture.

- Phyllo dough sheets1 package (approx. 12 sheets)
- Grape molasses (Pekmez)150 g
- Walnuts, finely chopped75 g
- Butter, melted (for brushing)50 g
- Powdered sugar30 g
- Waterfor boiling
- Saltpinch for boiling

Prepare the filling: Mix grape molasses (pekmez) with finely chopped walnuts.

Assemble the parcels: Lay one sheet of phyllo dough flat. Brush lightly with melted butter. Place another sheet on top and brush with butter. Cut the layered phyllo into squares (approx. 8x8 cm).

Fill the parcels: Place about 1 teaspoon of the pekmez and walnut filling in the center of each phyllo square. Fold the phyllo over to create a small parcel or triangle, sealing the edges.

Cook the parcels: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Gently drop the parcels into the boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes until the phyllo is tender and slightly translucent. Alternatively, they can be lightly pan-fried in butter until golden.

Serve: Remove parcels with a slotted spoon. Arrange on a plate and dust with powdered sugar.
