- Garlic3 cloves
- Parmesan cheese100g
- Butter30g

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Slice mushrooms and mince garlic.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken pieces until golden brown on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add mushrooms and sauté until softened and lightly browned. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.

Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce is creamy.
