Sastojci
- Chicken breast1.5 lbs, cut into cubes
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Onion1/2 medium, finely chopped
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Ginger1 tsp, grated
- Pre-made Tikka Masala sauce1 jar (approx. 15 oz)
- Heavy cream or Coconut milk1/4 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken cubes and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the pre-made Tikka Masala sauce. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir in the heavy cream or coconut milk. Heat through for about 5 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
