A refreshing and classic Bulgarian salad, perfect as a side dish or a light meal. It features fresh vegetables topped with grated sirene cheese.

- Cucumbers2 medium
- Bell Peppers (green or red)2 medium
- Red Onion1 small
- Sirene Cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)150g
- Fresh Parsley1/2 bunch
- Sunflower Oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Wash and chop the tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the red onion.

Combine the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle with sunflower oil.

Grate the sirene cheese generously over the top of the salad.
