In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.

While the broth simmers, soft-boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes. Peel and halve them.

Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with shredded chicken, halved eggs, chopped scallions, and a piece of nori.
