- Coconut milk300 ml
- Gula Melaka (palm sugar), chopped180 g
- Pandan leaves3 leaves, blended into a paste
- All-purpose flour50 g
- Salt1/4 teaspoon

Gently heat the chopped Gula Melaka with a little water (about 50ml) until it dissolves completely. Strain to remove any impurities and let it cool slightly.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour traditional kuih akok molds.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.

Add coconut milk, dissolved Gula Melaka syrup, pandan paste, and salt. Whisk until well combined.

Sift in the flour and gently fold until just incorporated.

Pour batter into molds, filling about 3/4 full.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a skewer comes out clean.
