- Fresh Durian flesh200g

Prepare the pandan jelly noodles as described in the Classic Cendol recipe.

Prepare the palm sugar syrup and coconut milk as described in the Classic Cendol recipe.

Prepare the durian: Remove seeds from durian flesh and mash slightly or keep in small chunks.

Assemble the cendol: Fill serving bowls with crushed ice. Add a portion of the pandan jelly noodles.

Add chunks of durian flesh over the jelly. Pour over the sweetened coconut milk, then drizzle with the palm sugar syrup.
