- Korean sweet potato starch noodles (dangmyeon)150g
- Pre-cooked chicken strips or firm tofu150g
- Bell peppers (mixed colors)150g
- Broccoli florets100g
- Yellow onion75g
- Garlic1 clove
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Sesame oil2 tbsp
- Honey or sugar1 tsp
- Toasted sesame seeds1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and cut into shorter lengths. Toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil.

Chop bell peppers, broccoli, and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion and stir-fry until softened. Add bell peppers and broccoli, stir-fry until tender-crisp.

Add minced garlic and pre-cooked chicken (or tofu) to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, remaining sesame oil, and honey/sugar.

Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
