Troyanski Luknik with Leeks and Feta

65% автентично · Bulgarian-inspired

A creative twist on the classic, this version replaces some of the onions with leeks for a milder, sweeter flavor and uses feta cheese, which is more widely available, alongside or instead of sirene. It maintains the flaky pastry structure but offers a nuanced taste.
