  • Pre-sliced mushrooms250g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce2 tbsp
  • Dried thyme1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water50ml

    Slice pork tenderloin thinly against the grain. Mince garlic.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove pork and set aside.

    Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Add pre-sliced mushrooms and cook until softened and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

    Return pork to the skillet. Add soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

    Add water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
