- Soy sauce100 ml
- Worcestershire sauce50 ml
- Sweet paprika2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Black pepper1 tsp

Slice the beef thinly (about 3-5 mm thick) against the grain.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sweet paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Add the beef slices to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat your oven to its lowest setting (around 70-80°C or 160-175°F).

Arrange the marinated beef strips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure the strips do not overlap.
