- Fresh or frozen green beans500g
- Onion1 large
- Canned diced tomatoes400g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Water or vegetable broth150ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

If using fresh green beans, trim and halve them. If using frozen, no prep needed.

Chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and smoked paprika, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the canned diced tomatoes (undrained), green beans, and water or broth.
