- Onions1 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- Diced tomatoes1 can (400g)
- Vegetable broth500ml
- Smoked paprika1 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Drain and rinse canned kidney beans.

Finely chop onion and mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onions until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, and cumin. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in diced tomatoes (undrained), rinsed kidney beans, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
