- Garlic4-5 cloves
- Fresh Dill1 large bunch
- Vegetable Oil4-5 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes or thick slices.

Finely chop the garlic and fresh dill. Set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Add the potatoes to the hot oil in a single layer, if possible. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the potatoes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes. Adjust heat as needed to prevent burning.

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the chopped garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the fresh dill.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
