- Walnuts200 g
- Sugar200 g
- Cinnamon2 tsp
- Vegetable oil100 ml
- Filo pastry sheets1 pack
- Salt1 pinch
- Water50 ml

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel, deseed, and grate the pumpkin.

Chop the walnuts finely.

In a bowl, mix grated pumpkin, chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.

Lay out one sheet of filo pastry. Brush with vegetable oil.

Spread a thin layer of the pumpkin mixture over the filo sheet.

Roll up the filo sheet tightly to form a log.

Place the rolled logs in a greased baking dish.

Repeat with remaining filo sheets and pumpkin mixture.

Brush the top of the pie with remaining vegetable oil.
