- Pre-made Mashed Potatoes or Instant Mash750 g
- Ground Beef400 g
- Onion, finely chopped1 medium
- Ketchup or Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Optional: Shredded Cheese50 g

Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions or use pre-made.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in ketchup/tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Spread half the mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish. Top with the meat mixture. Cover with remaining mashed potatoes.

If using, sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes, until heated through and golden.
