Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash and cut broccoli into florets. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain well.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate kashkaval cheese. Reserve half for topping.

Arrange the blanched broccoli florets in a baking dish.

Pour the cream sauce over the broccoli. Sprinkle the remaining grated kashkaval cheese on top.
