- All-purpose flour300g
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Butter50g
- Milk150ml
- Granulated sugar50g
- Ground cinnamon1.5 tbsp
- Powdered sugar100g
- Water1-2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, mix milk and granulated sugar.

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat or roll into a rectangle (approx. 20x30 cm).

Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.

Roll up the dough tightly. Cut into 8 slices.

Place rolls in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.

Mix powdered sugar and water to create a glaze. Drizzle over warm buns.
