- Bell peppers4 large
- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)200g
- Eggs4 large
- Fresh parsley1/4 cup, chopped
- Butter2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Wash the bell peppers and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes.

In a bowl, crumble the sirene cheese. Add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Spoon the cheese mixture evenly into the pepper halves.

Make a small well in the center of the cheese mixture in each pepper half and crack an egg into it.

Place the stuffed pepper halves in a baking dish. Add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of the dish.

Dot each pepper with a small piece of butter.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the eggs are set to your liking.
