- Assorted vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, onions, snap peas)400g

- Garlic2 cloves
- Ginger (optional)1 tsp, grated
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger (if using).

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.

Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger (if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the harder vegetables (like carrots and broccoli) first and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the softer vegetables (like bell peppers and snap peas) and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
