Ingredients
- Spaghetti200g
- Cooking oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Waterfor boiling pasta

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil on the stove.

Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente.

Before draining, reserve about 1 cup of the starchy pasta water.

Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.

Add the cooking oil, a generous amount of salt, and black pepper to the pasta.

Add about 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water and toss vigorously over low heat until a light sauce forms and coats the pasta. Add more pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency.
