- Chicken breast2 boneless, skinless
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves2
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup
- Croutons1 cup
- Saltto taste

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

While chicken cooks, prepare the dressing: Mince 1 garlic clove. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, croutons, and sliced grilled chicken.
