Ingredients
- Ribeye Steak4 (1.5-inch thick)
- Unsalted Butter, softened1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Fresh Parsley, chopped2 tablespoons
- Fresh Chives, chopped1 tablespoon
- Lemon Zest1 teaspoon
- SaltTo taste
- Black PepperTo taste

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, and lemon zest. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Roll the butter into a log using plastic wrap and chill until firm, or simply keep it in the bowl.

Pat the ribeye steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat.

Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired internal temperature is reached.
