Ingredients
- Ground beef1 lb
- Yellow onion1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Ketchup1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tbsp
- Dijon mustard1 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Hamburger buns4
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off excess fat.

Add the chopped yellow onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
