- Cooked lobster meat1.5 lbs
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Sriracha sauce2-3 tbsp
- Lime juice1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 cup

Prepare the sriracha aioli: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Gently break the cooked lobster meat into bite-sized chunks.

Add the lobster meat to the sriracha aioli and gently fold to combine. Stir in the chopped cilantro. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
