Ingredients
- Sourdough bread3 slices
- Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken, sliced4 oz
- Pre-cooked bacon, microwaved until crisp3 strips
- Romaine lettuce, leaves2 leaves
- Ripe tomato, sliced2 slices
- Mayonnaise2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Steps

Toast the sourdough bread slices until lightly golden.

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toast.

On the first slice, layer the pre-cooked chicken.

Add lettuce and tomato slices over the chicken. Season lightly.

Place the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.

Arrange the pre-cooked bacon strips over the second slice.
