- Mayonnaise1.5 cups
- Yellow mustard2 tablespoons

- Celery2 stalks, finely chopped
- Onion1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Pimento cheese1/2 cup, chopped (optional, for richness)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly.
