Ingredients
- Rotini pasta8 ounces
- Greek yogurt1 cup
- Mayonnaise1/4 cup
- Lemon juice2 tablespoons
- Lemon zest1 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper1/2 cup, finely diced
- Frozen peas1/2 cup, thawed
- Fresh dill2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/4 teaspoon

Cook rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well.

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Add the cooled pasta, diced red bell pepper, thawed peas, and chopped dill to the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
