Ingredients
- Yakisoba noodles4 servings
- Pork belly200g
- Cabbage1/4 head
- Carrots1 medium
- Onion1/2 medium
- Bean sprouts1 cup
- Soy sauce4 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce4 tbsp
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Aonori (seaweed flakes)for garnish
- Beni shoga (pickled red ginger)for garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar in a small bowl.

Thinly slice the pork belly. Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrots. Slice the onion.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork belly and cook until browned.

Add onion, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add the yakisoba noodles and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through.

Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss well to coat everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
