Ingredients
- Sushi-grade Ahi Tuna1.5 lbs
- Soy Sauce1/4 cup
- Sesame Oil2 tbsp
- Green Onions3 stalks, thinly sliced
- Sesame Seeds1 tbsp
- Cooked Sushi Rice4 cups
- Avocado1, sliced
- Nori (seaweed)1 sheet, shredded
- Chili Flakes1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Waterfor cooking rice

Cut the ahi tuna into 1/2-inch cubes.

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce and sesame oil.

Add the cubed tuna to the marinade, along with green onions and sesame seeds. Gently toss to coat.

Let the tuna marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare sushi rice according to package directions.

To assemble, divide the cooked sushi rice among four bowls.

Top the rice with the marinated ahi tuna mixture.
