Ingredients
- Cooked potatoes4 cups, cubed (leftovers or boiled)
- Unsalted butter3 tbsp
- Milk1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp

If using raw potatoes, boil until tender, then cube. If using leftovers, ensure they are cubed.

Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the cooked potato cubes to the skillet. Mash them roughly with a fork or masher directly in the skillet.

Pour in the milk and stir to combine, continuing to mash until desired consistency is reached. Allow to heat through and slightly brown on the bottom.
