Ingredients
- Cuban bread1 loaf
- Roasted pork (mojo marinated)1 lb
- Cooked ham1/2 lb
- Swiss cheese1/2 lb
- Dill pickles, thinly sliced1 cup
- Yellow mustard1/4 cup
- Butter or lard (for pressing)2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice the Cuban bread lengthwise. Spread yellow mustard on the inside of both halves.

Layer the bottom half of the bread with roasted pork, followed by ham, Swiss cheese, and dill pickle slices.

Place the top half of the bread over the fillings.

Butter the outside of the sandwich or melt butter/lard in a pan or on a griddle.

Place the sandwich on a preheated panini press or in a skillet over medium heat. If using a skillet, place a heavy object on top of the sandwich to press it.

Grill for 3-5 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then slice diagonally and serve immediately.
