- Shrimp, peeled and deveined150g
- Wonton wrappers30
- Chicken broth1.5 liters
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Ginger, minced1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced1 tsp
- Scallions, chopped2 tbsp
- Cilantro, chopped1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Egg white1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare the wonton filling: In a bowl, combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, minced ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, egg white, salt, and pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.

Assemble the wontons: Place a small spoonful of filling onto the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper into a triangle, then bring the two bottom corners together and press to seal.

Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Carefully add the wontons to the simmering broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the wontons float to the surface and are cooked through.

Ladle the soup and wontons into serving bowls. Garnish with chopped scallions and cilantro.
