Ingredients
- Frozen acai puree unsweetened200g
- Banana frozen1/2
- Almond milk unsweetened50ml
- Granola50g
- Fresh strawberries50g
- Fresh blueberries30g
- Fresh banana slices30g

Break the frozen acai puree into chunks and place in a high-speed blender.

Add the frozen banana and almond milk to the blender.

Blend until smooth and thick, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a splash more almond milk if too thick, but aim for a soft-serve consistency.

Pour the acai blend into a chilled bowl.

Arrange the granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana slices on top of the acai base.
