Ingredients
- All-purpose flour400g
- Granulated sugar50g
- Instant yeast7g
- Salt8g
- Warm milk180ml
- Eggs2 large
- Unsalted butter, melted100g
- Egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water)1

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Add the melted butter and mix until just combined. Knead on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between them.

Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the tops of the rolls with egg wash.
