Peel and thinly slice the potatoes and onions.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, and half of the vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper. Knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 2-3 portions. Roll out each portion very thinly on a floured surface.

Grease a baking dish with the remaining vegetable oil. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes and onions, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper.

Place the rolled-out dough over the potato and onion mixture. Brush the top with a little oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 45-60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the potatoes are tender.
