In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then gradually whisk in the milk.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until a smooth, thin batter forms. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat a lightly oiled or buttered non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
