- Potatoes500 g
- Onions2 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil3 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cut pork into 2-3 cm cubes. Peel and dice potatoes into 2 cm cubes. Slice onions and mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.

Add pork cubes and brown on all sides. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.

Add potatoes to the same skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown, about 15-20 minutes.

Add sliced onions and minced garlic to the skillet with the potatoes. Cook until onions are softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Return the browned pork to the skillet. Stir everything together. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for another 20-25 minutes, or until pork is cooked through and potatoes are tender.

Uncover, increase heat slightly if needed to crisp up the potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
