- Shortening (Vegetable or Lard)200g
- All-purpose Flour400g
- Milk100ml
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Powdered Sugarfor dusting

Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in the shortening until crumbly.

Gradually add milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. Do not overwork.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line baking sheets.

Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thickness.

Cut into squares or rectangles.
